2 Feet of Snow in May

Really. We got about 2 feet of Colorado snow late this week. These big storms are more common in March and April, but we have had at least some snow as late as Memorial Day. Here are a few of my fav photos from the storm.

In other news, we’ll get Clover’s blood work done again next week to see if things are improving. If you missed the reason we’re worried about her blood work again, read this recent post.

AND … May 27 is Clover’s third birthday. If I have time, I’ll make another video tribute.

For this week, though, how about some sweet pix of our 2 canine heroines in the Colorado snow?

Yes, I made them a snowman with tons of Colorado snow during a lull in the storm on Thursday afternoon.

I don’t ever remember seeing Tori with her ears up. Looks like a different dog lol. Both are beautiful.

Tori doesn’t carry her ears up the way Clover can. In that photo, it’s more her momentum and the wind keeping them aloft. Clover can choose to have her ears up or not, but Tori really does have floppy ones.
