Ginko’s Week in Pictures

Once again, we come to the end of the week, with all of us just tired to the bone. Especially, sweetie-boy Ginko … who has been recovering from his knee surgery Monday. We’ll let the photos tell the tale.

There are no photos from Tuesday because Ginko spent the entire day velcro’d to me. It’s hard to do anything with 60 pounds of dog stuck to you. Poor boy. Despite the 2 different pain meds, he was just miserable on Tuesday.

With no agility training, let’s just say we tripped over each other a LOT.

Things improved after Wednesday. He looked sad and frustrated, but at least he rested on the sofa and didn't cry all day.

I have a really good photo of the incision, but I thought it might be too graphic for sensitive readers. So, just take my word for it, he has about a 4-inch scar and a whole bunch of staples that will come out in a couple of weeks.

Still no news on the cultures, so we’re just continuing with the normal antibiotics … until we hear otherwise.
