FREE e-book "8 Things to Know About Veterinary Care"

November 28, 2009

I fell in love with Bazi’s face, long before I knew he had some fear issues. Intel from a friend who has read his adoption file and from reading between the lines of his promo paragraph, it seems sweet Bazi has some separation anxiety issues. That means he would do best in a home with other dogs — ideally several of them. Dogs with this particular fear do MUCH better in a group so that they feel less alone. So, if you know anyone with a big group of dogs at home (hint … to some canyon friends … you know who you are), please tell them about this great dog.

Siberian Husky + Shepherd Mix

** Really good with all dogs he has met **

They say he is a mild-mannered, gentleman.

  1. I actually really respect that 2 is where you can be right now…I know Katie would be with you otherwise 🙂 Oh my goodness…it seems that the canyons draw in nutty dog people with large difficult packs 😀 I’ve known that for a while but whenever I’m reminded it cracks me up! I think sweet Bazi got a home-at least a friend of mine said he had 2 holds on him. He is simply adorable!!

  2. Funny, Sue. I totally did NOT mean you. There are a couple of neighbors here in our valley who have large packs (like yours)and who have had dogs with bad separation anxiety before.

TWO dogs really is our limit, for a number of reasons. BUT, if we *were* looking for a buddy this weekend, Bazi would certainly be a contender.

  3. p.p.s. however-bazi would be lucky to live with either canyon friend 🙂 hmmm…how many more p.s.’s can i come up with? 🙂

  4. I was just thinking of a wonderful canyon friend who has two lovely doggies and who mostly works from home…hmmm…who could that be? 🙂

  5. Thanks for posting this. Bazi is a beautiful, ethusiastic dog. He LOVES people and doggie friends. He does jump fences since he was left alone 8 hours a day, and he broke out of his crate once, so he got out. He still chews up items. But the owner said they expected him to know what was human stuff vs. his toys. How? Don’t know. I love this dog!
