It looks like I’ll be attending another BlogPaws this year, without any travel expense worries, since they’ve decided to hold another conference in the fall here in Denver.
I would love, love, love it if some of my local and other Western state pals could attend too.
Who’s in?
I wanted to let everyone know that plans for my Be the Change idea are underway, and I’ve taken your concerns and questions to heart in how the coalition structures educational and giveaway ideas. If all goes well, we may be ready to roll out officially in the next 4-6 weeks. Since that’s a bit down the road, though, I wanted to write about my sense of these issues.

Have you ever taken the PERFECT photo of your dog, only to have it essentially ruined by the dreaded flash-eye thing? If you’re anything like me, you’ve tried that red-eye fix that comes with picture editing software. And, like me, you’ve found out that it does NOT work on pets’ eyes. Well, it seems Kodak found a way to deal with it better.

To call today a catch-up day after my BlogPaws adventure would fall somewhere between overly optimistic and liar-liar-pants-on-fire territory. In fact, if Tom asks me one more time if I’m caught up, I may just punch him in the nose. Let’s see … I’ve been at my desk 9 hours. I was gone 72. I’m sleep deprived.
