Wow, she IS a serious fetcher! I love the pond break and music you chose for it. Perfect. Thanks for getting my week off to a good start.

OK so what’s up with the crop circles????

    Roxanne Hawn - November 4, 2011

Tom cuts the reverse crop circles into the pastures each year. We like how they look. Plus, they make places for the wildlife to bed down and stuff. We didn’t think much of it at first, but several neighbors had such weird reactions to them … we had to keep doing it. (smirk)

My computer is being ultra and annoyingly slow in letting me watch this but I am impressed by what an awesome fetcher Lilly is! And the land in the background is beautiful. I hope to see it in person some time!

Alexandra - November 1, 2011

This was such fun to watch after a long day of work! Thanks so much for sharing. Loved this peek into Lilly’s world.

Shauna (Fido & Wino) - November 1, 2011

She gets so serious when you say “ready….”- it’s awesome! 🙂

Living Large - November 1, 2011

Lilly is too adorable.

Dan@ Ace Pet Memorials - October 30, 2011

This made my day, all I could do is smile at how ‘serious’ is the business of fetching.

Hawk aka BrownDog - October 29, 2011

Hi Y’all,

Nothing beats a little swim to cool off when endeavoring to carry out the serious business of retrieving.

Y’all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog

Pamela @ All God's Creatures - October 29, 2011

Love it! ♥

Just inspired me to do the same thing … only hope my two skip swimming in the pond …. it’s sorta yucky right now.

PDogB - October 28, 2011

I was watching Lily fetch and when P. Dog heard the squeak toy, she came over to investigate. I started the whole thing over again so we could watch it together. P. Dog is quite the fetching mistress herself! She understands Lily’s desire to fetch and loves to swim also!

Of course this made me smile…how could it not? Betsy gets that same serious look on her face when I ask her to wait. I think it is the anticipation of wanting the next cue.

Diane @ To Dog With Love - October 28, 2011

This DID make me smile! Lilly is serious about her “ready.” Loved the pond break!

Pup Fan - October 28, 2011

Fantastic video! I especially loved that you had a pause in the middle for a swim break. 🙂

Julie - October 28, 2011

I love how she holds up her paw in anticipation of you throwing it! Thanks for making me smile 🙂

Swimming is serious business too!

Jen - October 28, 2011

Fetch is serious business! Sometimes we clearly don’t take it seriously enough for our companions.

(Oh, the look on her face after the pond-swamping!)
