A month ago, we launched an Adopt Charlie Social Media Blitz. We succeeded in bringing attention to Charlie’s need for a new kid-free home. In fact, some 3,500 people clicked through to learn more about her, but her family received not a single phone call or email from anyone interested giving Charlie a more fear-free life in her later years.
Thanks to EVERYONE who helped spread the word. I wish we could have achieved our goal.
So sad. What a beautiful dog. I will continue to help spread the word too, Roxanne. The right home may be just around the corner.
Thanks, Roxanne and everyone who has shown an interest in our Charlie. Again, she will stay in our home until and unless an angel comes along.

Oy, Dino! I appreciate the suggestion. Yet, both my experience in animal welfare and as both a buyer/seller on Craigslist … I’d have to say that’s the last strategy I would try for this particular dog.
Please dont give up on Charlie. Sometimes it is just timing. Keep on blogging and tweeting and I will forward them, some day the right person will get the message.
